What this site is
An independent information site about the Australian federal Cheaper Home Batteries Program. It is not operated by, endorsed by or affiliated with the Australian Government, the Clean Energy Regulator, any installer or any battery brand.
Estimates only
The calculator gives an estimate based on the published certificate schedule and an assumed certificate price. The actual discount depends on your installer, the certificate price on the day, and whether your system meets the scheme conditions. Always rely on your written quote and on the official sources linked on the site.
How we are paid
The site does not earn anything yet. See About for how it will be funded.
